The Refresh Retreat spa experience was out of this world. The 50min deep tissue massage was the magic for jet lag and treating my body to the necessary care it needs. As Kim Fields spoke the inspiring message on the 1st night , self-care is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.

I purchased this spa service as an attempt to try something new. It was a wonderful experience. The young lady was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the entire process. She explained what I could expect and readily answered any questions that I had.
